TheBestHairProducts.com™ is a Houston based company developed under the watchful eyes of industry icons Rhonda and Tommy Hicks. Respected educators and innovators in the beauty industry, together they have devoted their careers to the science of multi-cultural and textured hair. They have represented numerous major hair care companies and helped to develop and introduce hair care lines for this market. They have researched and tested products for over 25 years. Rhonda and Tommy have a grass roots approach to product development. As salon owners and stylists for numerous years, they have listened to the clients of this market, analyzed their hair, recognized the differences as well as the similarities, and ultimately developed TheBest HairProducts™ available. While collaborating with a prominent chemist, they determined based on their hands on experience that this market deserved products formulated specifically for its needs-- products that truly addressed the concerns and problems facing each person with relaxed, color treated, over processed, dry, brittle and damaged hair. Based on the evidence revealed in their salon, Emages Hair USA, they found many women who simply do not know how to effectively manage their hair care regimen. With the proliferation of fashion and music icons and the images they project on TV and magazines, or the city streets, it became evident to us that our generation of multi-cultural women required advanced technology products that would permit them to combine several services within reason, and according to hair types. The result is that we have been called global leaders in the multi-cultural hair care market and thus, we make it our business to bring our customers the best science available to this market.

Tommy Hicks

TOMMY HICKS
Co-owner of Emages Hair USA, and Co-founder of TheBestHairProducts.com™ Inc., is at the forefront of the Company's product development. A salon owner since age nineteen, Tommy is also a sought after lecturer, educator, and consultant. While testing and developing hair care products for many of the top hair care companies, including the revolutionary Jheri Curl product line, Tommy discovered that many of the products distributed by the top hair care companies failed to adequately address the needs of chemically treated hair. To address this void, Tommy worked one on one with various chemists to develop "The Best" Hair Care System. Tommy is also recognized as a distribution strategist responsible for creating the primary channel of distribution for multi-cultural hair care products to mainstream "Professional Only" hair product distributors. He is credited with the development and implementation of unique and effective educational programs for distributors and salon owners. His article titled, "The Ethnic Market and Distribution," was published by the Beauty and Barber Supply Institute, an acclaimed consortium of US distributors. He is a frequent contributor to editorials on his distribution techniques.
